- Login to your Paytm app and then head over to the postpaid section
- Check out if theirs any due bill available or not.
- If have any bill pending then pay it first.
- Even if you are seeing the Account Blocked pop up you can still repay your bills.
- Simply close the pop and then pay the bill.
- If you ignore the bill, you may incur a penalty charge, so paying all bills before they are due is the best way to avoid this problem.
- After paying the bill you will receive the NDC certificate in your Email within 24 hours.
- If don’t receive the NDC certificate then contact the Paytm support team to send you the NDC or No Due Certificate.
- Keep the No Due Certificate safe as it is proof that you don’t have due the lending partner.
How To Delete Paytm Postpaid Data?
If your postpaid account is closed then you can also request to delete postpaid data by following these steps:
- Login Paytm App.
- Tap on the Profile icon.
- Scroll down and select Help and Support.
- Now Seket Postpaid Loan.
- Now Select an order you need help with or opt for non-order related queries.
- Upon you will be connected with the Chatbot now select “Others”.
- After that select “Raise a request to delete data provided in the Postpaid Loan journey”.
- Finally, Select “My loan account is no longer active, I want my data to be deleted”.
- Your Postpaid Data will be deleted on the 10th of next month.
- If you don’t get a satisfactory answer then ask them to connect to a customer executive via call or chat.
